The darkest roast, Gilmore is smooth and well-balanced, yet still full of flavour. A bit chocolatey and nutty (like the roasters themselves), with subtle hints of sweetness. This single-origin Guatemalan coffee is great for espresso, and pairs nicely with milk and almond beverages.
